Refund Policy
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Hardware Hive
1. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are applicable only for hardware products purchased through Hardware Hive within Mumbai.
A return or exchange request will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Major quality issue
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with invoice proof.
2. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Paints and chemical-based products
- Electrical items once opened or installed
- Customized, cut-to-size or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to incorrect handling or installation by the customer
3. Return / Refund Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a request within 7 days of delivery
- Required proof: photo/video of defect or issue

4. Refund Processing
- Once the issue is verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via UPI/bank transfer
5. Exchange
If the product is eligible and stock is available, an exchange will be arranged within 3–5 working days in Mumbai.
6. Rental Products
Refunds and returns follow our official Refund Policy.
Certain products (e.g., paints, electrical items once opened, or custom hardware orders) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds for rental products are handled by the respective official platform.
7. Expert Consultation Service
Payments for expert calls are non-refundable after slot confirmation.
If a call fails due to a technical issue, we will reschedule the slot without extra charge.
